Courtesy Closing and Notary Signing Services

For clients located throughout remote parts of the country or state, our fully equipped office offers on-site settlement services in our well appointed conference room. We have the ability to video conference with clients if necessary and our skilled closing staff can receive and conduct the closing on your transaction, eliminating the need to send your closing file to an otherwise possibly unknown courtesy closer or notary closer. We can immediately submit to you the funding authorization documentation, provide borrower copies, or even prepare your post closing copies. We can tailor our services to best suit your needs. Closings can conveniently be scheduled with our office online and we will maintain an open line of communication with the closer to ensure the transaction closed and all closing conditions required at settlement have been met to the best of our ability. For example, if we know the buyer needs to bring recent bank statement copies, original insurance or survey information, we will reiterate same to them so that we may collect it at the closing table. Our closers, all of whom carry a notary public commission will request proper photo identification at closing.

Please note that our office does not issue or offer title insurance. Our closing services are strictly limited to helping our clients obtain and notarize signatures on settlement documents thereby helping to facilitate the closing. This service is an extension of related services we provide to those clients.
